Hello Kostas. We are so happy to have the chance to interview you. First of all we want to know how did u start off with the dance scene?
Hello! The pleasure is mine. Thank you for the hospitality. I wish the best for your brand new site. Turning back in time, I remember the period around 1995 that the dance music was at the zenith and Rhodes was full of dance clubs. Somewhere thereis where i began my complication with the dance scene and house music became for me a way of life. I experimented with various styles of music, but house music won me. Djing came as a natural outcome of my love for the music and the entertainment.
 
How is house dance scene at Rhodes?
The House dance scene is on very high level at the island. I dare to say that house in Greece began from Rhodes, in 1988, at Garage music club - with new beat and house - from Kosta Kampoyri and Mike Mavraki (relative hommage exists in newspaper Eleytherotypia of that season) and later from djs Farao, G.Pilateris and Memet, who are playing til today, with their events, musical sets, their knowledge  and experience they offer a lot to Rhodes. For me personally, it's a great honor to have had them as teachers and today I collaborate together with them.
 
How did this buisness relationship occur with M.F.U. and which are your plans for the future?
When I undertake a club I try to do the best that i can do, Therefore, I prefer to book artists with given success so that I ensure also the success of the event and enterprise. My collaboration with the M.F.U began when I booked dj Dino for one from the events of Roi Mat (it is one from the clubs that I collaborate, and one of the five spaces of this complex that it is almost built on our island). Dj Dino did exactly what was supposed to happen : He gave  the people an unforgettable beautiful musical journey and made them  ask more! After that DSF and now we had Dino once more this month. Our plans are so many and big. I am sure that with the experience and the artists of M.F.U. we will do many impressive things.
 
The first time where you heard Dj Dino was at  Amphitheatre with Louie Vega. How was that night?
I heard dj Dino again before the event with L.Vega at Lyndos' Amphitheatre - which by the way was one fantastic event that kept all of us there till the early morning. Τhe party was fantastic, but i was astonished at the opening set by dj Dino, thats what made me look into him and to start following his work in Greece, now the people in Rhodes love him and are looking out for him also.
 
You have collaborated with many people of the scene. How difficult is to educate the people in the province to listen to house music and make them to ask and come to parties?
The People in Rhodes are very difficult. They live very vivid in summer months, where the island is full of life, amusement and more intense rythms, and in the winter inevitably but also physiologically they calm down . Thus, we can speak for "two tempo" people that follows with a relative difficulty but also inconsistency to the night amusement and of course the house musical scene. The pleasant is that the real house lovers watch and follow the events all year.

In Rhodes you can meet me and hear me at Roi Mat, at Boudoir kitchen cafe and at Havana bar. Also, each weekend I have a live programme,15:00  to 17:00, on Apple fm, on emission "back in house" (www.applefm.gr).
 
Apart from Rhodes can we hear you somewhere else?

For now and because of the pressure of the work I do not have the chance to be anywhere else except Rhodes. But, I have programed some events in Preveza, in Arta, in Larissa and of course in Athens. All I want for this events is success, because the success brings the continuity. Thank you very much and I wish you the best.
